Storage tank inspection involves different thickness welds and cross-section of vertical and horizontal welds. Our inspection techniques are developed using CIVA simulation software. This unique software provides optimum solution in technique development for examination of welds. We offer a combination of PAUT & TOFD technique to detect the required outputs necessary for disposition of weld as per API 650.

We have semi and fully automated multi probe scanner driven by motor which can cover large distances with encoding capability. Apart from conventional phased array, we also have dual matrix array probes to examine stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and other exotic material weld.

With our in-house capability of manufacturing both calibration, validation blocks and scanners, we are a one stop source to meet all requirements of the code.
